Refund policy

Please get in touch if you are not completely happy with your order. In the unlikely case that an item should arrive damaged in transit, please let me know and I can sort it out for you.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of delivery to return your item. Please get in touch with me for return information. Please note, all return costs are to be paid for unless an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Items that are listed as sale items are non returnable.

All returned items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If that isn't possible, please get in touch and I will advise as how best to package your item for a safe return.
