Delivery FAQs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and the destination.  I keep our delivery costs as low as possible however costs to post domestically and internationally have gone up considerably.  All delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

I post all orders using Royal Mail First Class post or 1st or 2nd Class signed for.

I also offer free UK shipping on orders over £40 using the code HAPPYDAYS at the checkout :)

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed, I start packing and wrapping them in my Cornish studio right away.  I always aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.  Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe!

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it is subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.


Returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
If you have any issues regarding your purchase, please get in touch via the Contact Us page in the About Section and we can resolve any problems. If products are faulty and returned to me with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving an item a refund will be issued. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at the checkout as this is the address I will post it to (unless otherwise agreed). Once the order has been dispatched, I can not be held responsible for any losses, but I always retain proof of postage if you should have any queries and will try my best to resolve any postal issues.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I cannot accept any refunds for items that have been personalised or made with specific personal requests.

Please note that some products are handmade by me, so each individual item will be slightly different. If you order from my handmade ceramic collection, due to their handmade nature some products may appear slightly different from that of the photo in my shopfront.  Although I try to maintain as near to the advertised image as much as possible.
Payment by Shopify payments or debit/credit card is accepted in my shop. Please note: Once payment has been cleared and the item dispatched, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
All items will be posted 1st Class Royal Mail or signed for Royal Mail and items are usually dispatched next working day.

Postage & Packaging Costs: My Postage cost vary according to the size and weight of the product. I make my costs as fair as possible. They include packaging.

All READY TO SHIP items will aim to be posted within 2 days of payment received except made to order items which may take a little longer.

My postage costs include all packaging and I always take the upmost care in packaging your purchases to keep them safe and sound. No matter how big or small, each item is cared for!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


All UK orders are normally dispatched next working day, so should arrive within 1 - 3 working days (although I can not guarantee this as it may depend on the time of year and the Royal Mail).

All International orders are also normally dispatched next working day.

Orders to the US usually take about 5-10 working days, but have been known to take up to 28 working days. So please order in plenty of advance to avoid disappointment.

Orders to Europe are dispatched next working day and usually take about 5 - 10 working days to arrive but this can not be guaranteed and may depend upon your postal system.

All other International orders are estimated to arrive within 5 - 28 working days.

When will i get my refund?


Please allow time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please don't hesitate to contact us using the contact form in the About section.

Can I return sale items?


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
